Guter Kauf

Die Umhängetasche ist ein Leichtgewicht und hat viele Fächer, so wie ich es wollte, auch die Verarbeitung ist gut. Die Farbe anthrazit schimmert lila, ist aber trotzdem schön.

Leider war meine Bergen-Tasche kaputt. Meine Reklamation wurde prompt bearbeitet, Rückfragen blieben nie unbeantwortet und das Beste ist, dass ich meine eigene Tasche handgenäht zurückbekommen habe, sozusagen nachhaltig! Hätte ich nicht gedacht, dass in unser heutigen Wegwerfgesellschaft so was noch möglich ist. Vielen Dank ans gesamte Team!
