Shipping service provider
We ship exclusively with DHL.
DHL will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are not available for both attempts, the package will be available for collection at the nearest collection point for 7 working days. The package will then be returned to us. Please see the second half of the page for shipping times.

Non-reduced goods: free of charge
Reduced/discounted goods: the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer

EU Europe
Order value up to 100€: 8€
Order value from 100€: free of charge
Return: the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer

Europe (None-EU)
Order value up to 200€: 15€
Order value from 200€: free DHL standard
Return: the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer

International
International: 30€
Return: the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer

Shipping to non-EU countries
In countries such as Greenland or Switzerland, taxes and any applicable customs duties are levied by the respective import customs office, which our customers must pay. For more information, please contact the responsible customs office.

Order is ready for dispatch in approx. 1-3 working days.

GERMANY : Delivery time is 2-4 working days

EUROPE : The delivery time is 3 - 6 working days

INTERNATIONAL : Delivery time is 5 - 15 working days
The delivery time may be delayed by the processing of the respective customs authorities!
