Refund policy
Thank you for ordering from our online shop! If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
For a smooth return please note:
1. Contact us at hello@jost-bags.com with your return request
and order number.
2. Our team will send you a link to the returns portal where you
can create a return form.
3. Pack the item properly and drop off at a DHL pick-up point.
4. Upon receipt of your return, we will check the items and
refund the amount if the return conditions are met.
The free return within Germany is only valid for non-reduced goods or goods without discount code

- Description of the complaint
- Photos of the bag/backpack/purse and the defect
- Photo of the purchase/payment receipt
- Dimensions of the webbing/carabiner etc in cm, if applicable.

Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took or has possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JOST GmbH, Wilhelmstraße 17, 57627 Hachenburg, Germany, hello@jost-bags.com, telephone: 0049(0)266295130) by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can use the enclosed example withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you including delivery costs (except for the additional costs incurred by you having chosen a different type of delivery than the standard, cheapest delivery offered by us) immediately and no later than within fourteen days of the day, when we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only required to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics and functioning.

Special notes
If you finance this contract by a loan and later withdraw it, you are no longer bound to the loan contract, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly true if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation to finance its loan. If the loan has already been paid to us at the time of the effective date of the revocation, your lender will enter into a relationship with you regarding the legal consequences of the revocation or the return in our rights and obligations under the financed contract. The latter does not apply if this contract is for the acquisition of financial instruments (such as securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan contract, if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for this.
Different return costs regulation for Germany
We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.
The free return within Germany only applies to non-reduced goods or goods that were purchased without discount code.
Return labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels are provided for your return within Germany for non-reduced or discounted goods. Using these return labels, the return label will be provided to you by email. You can return the goods to a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
