Shipping service provider
We ship exclusively with DHL.
DHL will make up to two delivery attempts, if you are not present at both attempts, the package will be ready for collection at the next pick-up point within 7 business days. After that, the package will be returned to us. For shipping time please note the second half of the page.

reduced/discounted goods: unfree

EU Europe
Order value up to 100€: 8€
Order value from 100€: free
Return: not free of charge.

Europe (none-EU)
Order value up to 200€: 15€
Order value from 200€: free DHL standard
Return: not free of charge.

International
International: 30€
Return: not free of charge.

Shipping to non-EU countries
For countries such as Greenland or Switzerland, taxes and possibly. Applicable duties levied by the respective import customs office for which our customers/ inners must pay. Please contact the relevant customs office for further information.

 

Ready to ship
Order is ready to ship in about 1-3 business days.

GERMANY: The delivery time is 2-4 business days

EUROPE: The delivery time is 3 - 6 working days or 1-4 business days

INTERNATIONAL: The delivery time is 5 - 15 business days
The delivery time may be delayed by processing of the respective customs authority!
