Is this a return? (Complaint see below)
Very easy:

Thank you for your order from our online shop. If you do not like the product, you can return it within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date.
The prerequisite for the return is that:
The product must be complete (with all labels and protective bags) and undamaged.
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following points:
1. Please contact us via with your request for return and stating the reason for return and your order number.
2.1. Our team will then send you a link to the returns portal, where you can then print out a return slip.
2.2. If you do not return your order from Germany, you would have to organize the shipping yourself and send it to the following address:

3. Pack the item neatly and cleanly.
4. Drop off the package at a DHL acceptance point.
5. After receiving your return, we will check the items and, if all criteria are met, we will issue a refund.
